How do I order?

You can order online with the shopping cart (which we highly recommended) or by phone, fax or mail.  The shopping cart is easy, convenient, secure, and has the advantage of faster processing.

How do I use the shopping cart?

Ordering with the shopping cart is easy! Simply enter the quantity into the empty box nest to the unit price, click on the "Add" button to put it into your shopping cart.  Once you are ready to check out, click on the "Check Out" button.  All your purchase information is shown on the "Check Out" page.  Simply enter all of the required information and your order will be processed via our secure system.

If you provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number within 2 minutes, provided you have entered the information correctly.

I prefer not to enter my credit card online; can I still place an order?

Can I quit in the middle of shopping?

Yes, anytime.

What if I do not receive my order confirmation?

This usually means that you have used an invalid or miss-spelled e-mail address.  In this case, your order confirmation email was unable to be delivered to your in box.  You will not get and order confirmation.  It is always a good idea to either write down or print the final order information as a record of your order in this case.

How can I check my order status?

Send us an email at gemstone.co@shaw.ca and we will respond as soon as possible. WE always ship with delivery confirmation so we will track you shipment for you.

 

Do you have a minimum order?

No! There is no minimum order.

How do I cancel my order?

You can call, fax, or email us to cancel your order.  If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible.  We will do our best to cancel your order, but if the order has been shipped, it may be subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

How safe is ordering online?

It is very safe.  Gemstone & Company Ltd. offers a safe shopping experience.  Our secure server encrypts all of your important information, such as credit card numbers, etc.  This encryption process takes all of your personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet.

We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.  SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of the information.

Some versions of browsers and some firewall's don't permit communication through secure servers.  In that case, you'll be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connections.  If you can't access the secure server for whatever reasons, please place your order via phone, fax or mail.

Do you offer a catalog?

Not at this time, but we will offer this very soon.

TERMS

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the items in original condition with a copy of the invoice within 30 DAYS.  You will need to call or email us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before returning your items.  There are no cash refunds on any purchase.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days OR without an invoice.  Please inspect the package as soon as you receive it and make sure that all items meet your expectations.

We DO NOT accept return on : Sales Items, Portions Of Bead Mixes, Partially used wire spools or used tools.  Shipping and handling charges and not eligible for refund. Please use a traceable shipping method when using your own carrier accounts to return your order. Gemstone & Company Ltd. is not responsible for returned orders we do not receive or returned orders damaged in shipping.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express

Prepaid Check or Money Order:

Orders paid by personal check will be held at least 7 days until the check clears.  Orders paid by money order or bank check, will be shipped upon receipt.

Please make checks payable to: Gemstone & Company Ltd.  There will be a minimum $25.00 charge on checks returned by the bank for any reason.

International Customer: Payment must be made by credit card - Visa, or Master Card in US funds only.

COD orders for money order or cash only.

SHIPPING:

Get It FREE: Orders over $50 ship for FREE.

Any order over $50 qualifies for FREE shipping. You must select the Priority Mail option in the checkout process to take advantage of this offer. Orders with free shipping are shipped using 1-3 day Priority Mail. This is a limited time offer.

Continental USA Customers:

USPS First Class, under two pounds (Ships to destination within 2-3 business days).

UPS Ground over two pounds ships to destination within 5-6 business days.

Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes.

International Customers:

We recommends the US Postal Services and the cheapest and most reliable service.  US Postal Service also provides express mail service.  Customers pay any import taxes and duties.

Orders are dispatched from Gemstone & Co., Ltd, during normal MST business hours, Monday through Friday.  Orders are not valid until accepted by Gemstone & Co., Ltd.  Due to the valuable nature of Gemstone & Co., Ltd. products, we must be able to leave your parcel with someone at the address you have indicated, unless you have first proved ed us with special instructions.  A signature will be required upon receipt.  Products will be deemed to have been received by you if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address, or if your special instructions are complied with.  Insurance applies only until the order is delivered to your nominated address.

Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number.  Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.

Gemstone & Co., Ltd. reserves the right to limit quantities and may discontinue accepting orders at any time.

Gemstone & Co., Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject orders in any combination or option(s) ut determines in its best interest.

Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, restrictions and fees.

INSURANCE

All international deliveries are subject to an insurance charge which has been included in the International Delivery charges.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order at any time prior to acceptance and processing, but please note that orders for products that are held in stock will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.  You can cancel your order for any item in backorder status.

RETURN, REPLACEMENTS, & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us by email.  You must return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of invoice to enable us to process a refund.  Unfortunately, delivery and handling charges are not refundable.  For any queries, please e-mail us or call Gemstone & Co., Ltd. at (303) 426-0861. 

AVAILABILITY:

Stock has been specifically allocated for Gemstone & Co., Ltd. and stock levels are adjusted automatically.  Any item that sells out may be available via a backorder.  Queries about backorders should be directed to Timisha Moody at 303-0426-0861. Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on this web site are current at the time of issue, but these may change at any time.  The availability of products and services may change from time to time.  In the event a particular product is sold out Gemstone & Co., Ltd. reserves the right to either process a partial order or return orders in their entirety. Gemstone & Co., Ltd. will retain full title to products you order until payment in full has been confirmed.

ORDER NOTIFICATION:

Upon receipt of your order, Gemstone & Co., Ltd. will issue you with an e-mail notification listing the items ordered, the total product and shipping charges, delivery address, estimated shipping times and shipping carrier.  This will not include any customs duties, local taxes or bank fees.  This is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a confirmation of acceptance or processing.
